Emergency 911
Call if she is hurt, cannot get up on her own, hit her head, or you cannot tell. The National Institute on Aging's instruction for someone who is hurt or cannot get up is to ask someone for help or call 911. If her head hit anything, the CDC says an older person should see their doctor right away. Tell the dispatcher how long she was down.
These are office numbers, not emergency lines. None of the four district pages mentioned lift assists when this desk read them, so this page makes no claim about what any district will send. Call the office that covers her address on a weekday and ask what they want you to do if she is down and not hurt.

A home safety check that the rest of her care team pays attention to usually starts with her doctor. The National Institute on Aging says a doctor may suggest a therapist or nurse visit the home. Ask for it in those words at the appointment where you report the fall.
Aging Ahead, Family Caregiver Support (636) 207-0847
Its caregiver page says support for unpaid caregivers may include, as funding permits, in-home respite, adult day services, durable medical equipment, minor home safety modifications, and incontinence or nutritional supplies. The number is for its Community Options Specialists for St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson County. There may be a wait.
